On site quality control,
1.Witness chemical and mechanical test, make a comparison between chemical analysis of raw material on the MTC and products analysis to keep traceability.
2. Witnessed heat treatment process to verify the temperature and hold time as per requirement.
3.Witnessed RT and MT testing.
4. Dimensional and visual inspection.
5. Marking, color coding and packing verification.
6. Witnessed container loading process.
